Hello, I’ve just had my third child and now I need to tone up my hips/bum/tum/thigh area.
I unfortunately cant afford the gym both financial and time wise but I usually get half an hour after school run where I could fit in some exercise. This is in addition to lots of walking with the baby/kids/dog.
Can anyone recommend some DVD’s or channels/YouTube videos that I could follow please?
My ideal workout would be to cheesy pop tunes from the 80s/90s haha.

I can't help with cheesy pop music but I love Jillian Michaels, she has an app which has both customisable workouts, full length programmes and lots of her old DVDs on.... I have the app on my phone and 'mirror' it to the tv. Beachbody on Demand also has lots of options - dancing/strength/yoga/cardio etc. Both have free trials.

Hope this helps 😊

I've just started using Bodyfit by Amy. She's a mum of two kids herself and seems like mums getting back into fitness is her target audience.

The sweat with kayla app is good (about £15pm) or the body coach stuff on fb.

The Les mills app is great.

I love the les mills app. It is $25 aus a month but you get all workouts.

Jillian Michaels dvd is good.

If you have Amazon prime there are workout things on there. I’ve used the yoga ones but there were others too.

You can also buy The Body Boss Method or Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide if you wanted a one off expenditure.

I quite lie the Pop Sugar videos and some ballet barre ones. I just start one and if I get bored or it’s too hard just move on to another.

I'd recommend a postnatal DVD for a couple of months to build back up. I still use Erin O'Brien 6 years later Grin

When you are confident that all is firing as it should have a look on Amazon for some dance/ Pinapple studios type DVDs for the old skool vibe.

Jillian is good for a quick strength boost and a bit old skool too.

Hasfit on YouTube. Really easy to follow along with and friendly trainers. Not intimidating at all which is fantastic Grin

If you type HIIT workout into YouTube there are loads of great, free 20-30 min workouts on there. The ones I use are on the SELF channel. No cheesy music alongside but you don’t necessarily need to hear what they’re saying so you could play your own music alongside!
