Exercises for a peachy bum

Always had a big bum. The rest of me is in good form but arse is flabby and out of shape.

I need a couple of killer moves I can do at home, no lunges (dodgy knees).

Most exercises these days (from what I can find on the net) seem to be how to get a large bum (a la Kim Kardashian et al) and that is the opposite of what I want.

I want to peachify my bum. Please point me in the right direction.

Squats and/or glute bridges.

I’m guessing if you can’t do lunges, squats might be tricky but gosh they are brilliant for toning up waist, glutes and thighs, as well as last if you do weight bearing squats. And they can help with keeping ankle strength and flexibility.

You can't spot reduce fat so if you want to make your bum smaller you'll have to lose overall weight/fat and then work on building it

Weighted lunge walks
Weighted step ups
Weighted squats
Weighted glute bridges and hip thrusts
Deadlifts
One legged deadlifts
One armed squatting clean and press
Bulgarian split squats

Resistance bands could help you out a lot. They will work you harder for glute bridges and squats, plus all manner of other things such as side and back leg lefts (in plank, on all fours, standing).

All of the above and plenty of time!! I've just discovered that my bum has become pert and rounder after 3 years of working out daily using a combination of exercises in the gym.

Oh and please do remember that the likes of KK don't get that bum just from squatting - its chemically enhanced and looks revolting (in my opinion only of course!)
