Do I need a sports bra for yoga, walking and weights?

Ready to begin exercising again after many years. My sports bra is waaaay too small due to weight gain. I have big boobs (currently 34 H, sports bra is a 32 E) but not planning on doing anything high impact just walking, yoga and some free weights/weight machines.

Do I really need a sports bra or will everyday bra do until I'm ready to attempt anything more vigorous? They are very expensive so would rather not. Would that be a mistake?

Don't you need to try & see?

There are sports bras claiming to be 34H on Ebay for < £20. Might be worth a try, too.

Depends how supportive your normal bras are tbh. Do supermarkets not sell sports bras at a reasonable price?

My everyday bras ate very supportive, get them from bravissimo. Not sure that supermarket sports bras are much cop for massive boobs. I've always had shock absorbers.

I suppose what I'm asking is if I'm not doing any bouncing around is a sports bra needed? For running, jumping etc I totally see the point but for walking, stretching and lifting is it really needed?

All you can do is try and see if they will do. If not then you can buy more sports bras

I do but much lighter support than my running ones. Bravissimo bras will not last king if sweated into and washed multiple times a week.
Also need a high coverage bra for yoga for upside down positions.

I'm a D cup but would not dream of venturing into the gym without a sports bra. That said, my regular bras are all underwired push-up jobs, so if your regular bras are more covering than that then they might be OK.
