I'd like to sign up for one of these and wondered which people preferred? I'd like a variety of exercises, including cardio, weights and yoga or Pilates as I get bored easily.

Bonus points for rebounder.

Being able to use on iPad and offline would be great too. Also if the apps tracked what you did and gave you brownie points for it.

Watching with interest. I do a lot of aerobic activity but would like to find something to tone

Les Mills online?

Don’t use it myself as I’m in a gym but I do a lot of Les Mills classes and always say if I had to leave the gym for some reason I’d get the online membership.

Thanks, will look at that one. Did a bit of research this evening and these seemed to turn up a bit, has anyone tried any of them?

I have tried Fitness Blender and its really good. A lot of variety of types of exercise, well explained and a good focus on form. (I'm terrible at losing form when I get tired)
I liked Cassey Ho (Blogilates) to but she's very perky and can be quite irritating but has good well planned pilates based aerobics workouts for full body or focused on specific body areas. I noticed a change in my body shape when I did her youtube videos.
Popsugar and BeFit both have a really good selection of instructors, types of class, levels of ability etc, I found Gillian Michaels on BeFit.

Fitness blender is awesome. The instructors aren't annoying and the workouts are effective and efficient. The 5 day challenges are going for getting back into fitness. And you can get masses of their stuff for free on you tube. But they can be a little dry and a bit boring.

I love les mills. I appreciate the music and the degree to which it fits what you are doing. But the instructors make it for me, you really can't be cynical when they are so upbeat and lively, I'm never sure if I'm laughing at or with them. I spend significant amounts of the workouts wondering how long they must practise to get the movements so precise and in time. Also I don't think you can beat body pump for weights. But I don't think the Les Mills stuff is so good for working from scratch, you need a bit of fitness first.

I've got a les mills subscription, but supplement with fitness blender (and occasionally 30 day shred)

From your list I've only used Fitness Blender, which I really like. The 2 trainers are likeable, they're doing the work with you, talk a lot about form, and you can filter the work outs to give you exactly the work out you want. I love their 1000 calorie workouts, I feel invincible after one of those!

Another vote here for Fitness Blender. There’s loads of videos so you can mix it up a bit.

Thanks, will look into FB and Les Mills next week when Bank Hol laziness is over.
