Tell me what you do, and have you acheived weight loss and toning?
I'm fortunate to have a treadmill which I use 3-4x a week and some dumbbells. Have just started exercising again after a break (two babies, weight fell off with pushing the buggy everywhere, being stressed etc, but they're preschoolers now and its snuck back on).
Are kettle bells, resistance bands or any other home exercise thingys any good to those who have them?
