Ive nearly finished! I havent missed a run and I really looked forward to it right from week 2.
The lovely Laura (NHS Podcast, not sure if everyone does the same one) has really kept me going with her encouraging words. 
What I am wondering is what should I do next? Should I try to run further or faster? I definitely want to make running part of my life. Is there such a thing as a 5 - 10 k programme? I cant imagine running without someone in my ear egging me on!
