Need to get off the couch ...
Foot problems prevent me from running but I like the idea of C25K. I have a half-hearted habit of swimming at lunchtime. So I'm wondering if there is a similar programme that would give me some structure and motivation to build up my fitness?
(Have had a bit of a google and found Swimfit on the ASA web page, but am finding the website incomprehensible and have given up trying to find the details!)
