Hello,
I attend a weekly yoga class - the gentle type, with focus on breathing. I absolutely love it and not only feel really calm and refreshed afterwards, but seem - unintentionally, wasn't remotely my aim - to have dropped a couple of pounds and really toned up (esp thighs, although stomach still leaves a lot to be desired
).
Would love to do it at home, maybe for up to 45 minutes at a time; does anyone have any good suggestions for one I could order on amazon?
All ideas very gratefully received...
