At 50 (aaagghhh!!!) I am noticing a bit of middle-aged spread (wobbly tummy etc) when I've always been slim.
I want to tone up, but I have very weak muscles. I find strenuous exercise a killer - things such as cleaning windows leaves my arms aching, and I have tennis elbow and torn shoulder muscles from grappling with the dog.
I'd like to try something, but given my lack of sportiness and general hopelessness, I'm at a loss as to what would be effective.
Please help!
