front fastening bras?

Anyone got suggestions or recommendations for a good 36C bra for a beginner runner with limited mobility in one arm?

I'm having difficulty getting conventional sports bras on and off, the ones I do have are badly fitting and not giving the right support anyway, so I need to buy more.

I'm thinking front fastening ones would be the best solution for getting on/off.

I need white ones.

Any shops that sell them so I can try them on, or will I have to order online?

I run and have one working arm Smile

Firstly, have you checked on your bra size doing the bra guru method?

Less Bounce have a selection of front fastening bras, though I did find one I like on ebay which was an M&S zip front

Thanks CMOT. I saw the Less Bounce ones, which is what brought me here to ask, really.

the sports bras I have are just the cheapest i could find and so just not very good.

My bra size fluctuates with my weight and time of month, depending on all kinds of things largely out of my control. 36C does me fine, when the bras are adjustable...but I suppose these front/zip fastening ones are not adjustable, so I'd like to try them on before buying. Will check in M&S but theirs is a black one, I think.

Well, I keep getting pain in one of my breasts (woke up with lots of sharp shooting pain) and I think it is down to sports bras not fitting. I did manage to get one (through Amazon) but it is not a tight enough fit and so doesn't give enough support.

Less Bounce cannot deliver the one I ordered from them until the end of May.

All I can think to do is get to M&S and get a sports bra fitted there.

M&S will undoubtedly fit you wrong - try Debenhams or John Lewis

Thank you! I was going to just borrow a tape measure and do that myself.

Got my new bra from Less Bounce, and another from Sainsbury's. I went for a smaller cup size to reduce movement in the frontage section. The breast pain is gone! So glad. :)

Less Bounce deserve a special mention as there was a long delay on the bra I ordered from them, so they emailed an apology, offer of a free small sports towel and various options. I chose a different size which was in stock (and so also go a better fit) and still got a free towel. I feel very well looked after by them.

I have a white Triumph one which is front fastening and racer back. I bought it to wear under vest tops in summer, but it is actually a sports bra. Not designed for high impact though, so depends how fast you are!

Not fast, just bouncy.

Bravissimo and figleaves are good for online. Figleaves arrive quickly and easy to send back. I order 2 or 3 with the intention of keeping one if it fits.

Also try Debenhams (always have offer codes somewhere) I have found do a good range where I live. I have a 36FF so I can never find much choice and I go for max high impact or wear two bras if its running etc. One bra lifts up the other sports type squishys them down Grin
