I'm trying to lose weight/inches.
I love the Shred as an exercise DVD, but I have exceptionally dodgy knees (squint kneecaps) so I'm struggling with the cardio sections as I can't do the skipping, jumping as it put stress on my knees. The strength/abs are mostly fine with some adaptations.
What can I do? Are there good cardio exercises that don't involve knees/jumping about that I can substitute in for these sections?
