Huge running bra?

I am currently wearing spilling out of a 34 JJ panache super bra nursing bra. I want to start running, but clearly can't until I get control of my boobs. In this bra I really should be a 32K, the back is done on the tightest hooks and still creeps up my back. Has anyone with massive boobs bigger than their own head got a recommendation for a decent sports bra for running?

Have a look on bravissimo.
My boobs aren't quite that big, but I like the Shock Absorber bras.
Hopefully someone in the same range as you will be able to advise a bit better

At that size I'd reccomend Enell or Panache, Shock Absorbers don't cut it much above F cups imo. But the Panache sports only goes to an H cup and I've no idea how Enell size, it's weird, but they seem to only do a maximum of eight inches difference between rib cage and fullest part on a 32, so that's about a FF.

I have a shock absorber which is ok. I am a 32 gg, I do wear a underwire bra over the top of it though!

PS I'm normally a 30HH and I wear the Panache in a 30H with an extender to give me just another half inch room as the 32 is too big a band. It's a beast of a bra and I love it. It's a very firm band so it might be worth trying a 34H and a 36H but I suspect that sadly they won't be right.

Thanks. I've found my old Royce in a 32JJ that will just about do, but my boobs do try to escape.
Years ago I went to be a test subject for a PhD candidate researching sports bra design for large breasts, but my boobs were too large and the manufacturers refused to make the bras in my size.

What you might have to do as long as they don't rub and make you sore, is layer up two bras. I did that when I first started running and hadn't worked out my proper sizing, and it worked well. I would wear a normal well fitting underwire one, and then my old soft cup sports one on top to squish them down and stop the extra bounce. It was a good four cup sizes too small and a band size too big but had the desired effect. So you could try wearing your Royce sports over the top of your nursing one, or any other well fitting one you have. I think with boob tissue in our sizes the key is just to stop them moving and if that means squashing and compressing them, then so be it.

www.totallyphysical.co.uk/royce-sport-bra-s826-9492-p.asp - 32K avaiable too

I'm a 32J and wear the Max Sports Top by Shock Absorber in a 34HH.

Was by far the best I could find.
but I'm not sure if this would work for a K Cup.
