hi for years i suffered joint pain in my knees and hips which is not helped by being 5 stone overwieght
over the last few months it was a lot easier which i put down to walking the dogs every day for an hour and a half
my dh has always wanted me to join the gym with him for me to get fittee so i joined last week and i have been in agony since
he thinks i should work through the pain but i dont think thats right
i spent 5 mins each on rower leg press chest press back strenthgner treadmill andvcross trainer
any advice ? i did tell them i had joint pain and 6months ago discolated my shoulder
