I have been listening to Paul mckenna's cd and I have been feeling really motivated to exercise. I have been doing my shred DVD everyday for the past 11 days and started taking my dd to the park on her bike and I have been rollerblading (first time in Over a year).
But I have really started to feel like I want to exercise and enjoy it, and incorporate it into my everyday life.
I have a big urge to start cycling to dds school and work. As I want to get fit and feel I am wasting money on petrol all the time and instead could be using my body fat as energy to get to work and back.
I have never cycled on the road before and although I feel quite envious of others that do, I also feel like I would look silly and perhaps feel scared of cars :)
Anyway just wondering what others do to fit fun exercise into their routine?
