Right, I've swam before, fairly regularly, then had a break because I was back at uni and didn't really have the time.
I've finished now, and want to get back into it properly as I need to lose a lot of weight - about 4 stone.
I'm a size 16, what's the best swimwear for me? I was thinking tankini as it's easier when going to the loo etc.
Also, is there anything I can buy to help me? Something to help keep track of lengths swam would be ideal.
Anything I should know? How long will it be, and how often do I need to go, before I start seeing results?
