Following on from the Late 40s, menopausal and fading thread this is a new one for us golden oldies who are fighting back with attempting exercise and possibly the couch to 5k.
I personally cheated and did week 1 run 1 on saturday, and was doing great with the week 1 run 2 today until my mp3 player stopped working and then I had to exercise the old grey matter to try to work out when I should run and when to walk!!!!!
How have others got on with starting the excercising?
