Can anyone explain how labour can say ‘any one earning less than 80k will not be taxed any more than they are now’, when the above is also true?

Should probably add, I’m glad Andrew Neil exposed the myth of the Labour manifesto. The extra taxes will hit loads of people including people getting 14k from dividends to live off.
