CRAG: Constitutional Reform and Governance Act - Under the CRAG, which was passed in 2010, MPs have 21 sitting days to scrutinise legislation which seeks to change an international treaty. However, May has said the Withdrawal Agreement Bill - which will seek to bring her Brexit deal into law - will contain a clause over-ruling CRAG.

Which is gaming the system to say the least.

The Hart Amendment - An amendment tabled by Andrew Percy and Simon Hart and supported by Frank Field.

This amendment is a rival to the Cooper-Boles amendment. It also seeks an extension of A50 in the event of no agreement in the HoC over the WA. But unlike the Cooper-Boles amendment seeks to time limit the extension to 23rd May 2019.

It is not clear which amendment John Bercow may favour.

The Kyle-Wilson Amendment - An amendment which endorses May's Deal but only if it is supported by the public after a vote. In short a referendum on May's Deal.

This amendment comes from Labour benches and may or may not be endorsed by the Labour front bench. (no decision yet).

It is not yet fully drafted. As it stands as I post this there isn't any detail on what the alternatives on the ballot would be, nor detail on what would happen if it did indeed go to a referendum and it was rejected by the public (in the absence of a plan, assume chaos).

If it is tabled and endorsed by the Labour Party this will most likely fall on the vote on the 12th March.

An SO24 Debate is an Emergency debates requested under Standing Order No. 24. These have happened a lot lately and have generally A Bad Thing For The Government where Brexit has been concerned.
