It looks great. Gutted I'm not closer to where you are as I would love to send my kids to your nursery.

BrothelSprouts · 08/06/2007 08:45

How exciting!
I'm glad things are coming on well, katy.

Katymac · 08/06/2007 08:46

Katymac · 08/06/2007 09:06

It WAS worth getting an architect wasn't it?

schneebly · 08/06/2007 09:17

Looks great Katy - I really hope things start going smoothly for you! It was worth getting an architect IMO.

Katymac · 08/06/2007 09:42

That's what I thought

His layout is fab too (further down)

Oh wow Katy! It looks fab!

Locally we have been told we can't work co-operatively (I'm a reg. childminder) without a change of use for our house to business premises - it also includes anyone with an assistant and if you're minding more than 6 children (including your own - AND they're not including ages in this, so even though my eldest two are over 8, the Council want to include them in the 6 children I'm registered to care for).

I'm on the local childminding committee and we are challenging this, but it's of huge concern to a number of local childminders and their families atm.

Really interested in watching how you move forward with this

Katymac · 08/06/2007 15:11

Well I already work with 3 other minders and I applied for & got PP for business use

Aitch · 08/06/2007 15:14

Katymac · 08/06/2007 15:15

Katymac · 08/06/2007 16:12

Haven't really noticed that
Just
cheap houses
good school
the possibility of a fab nursery opening locally (shame DD is 9)
The Broads
The Coast

I tend to avoid
Great Yarmouth/Tourists etc
