...it's The Ecologist. So well-informed, packed with articles that will make you think and change the way you think/shop/live. I can't recopmmend it enough.

I like The Ecologist too. You wait, MI will be along any minute to say she can't stand Zac Goldsmith, then I'll say I like and quite fancy him, we post this conversation quite often

zac goldsmith was part of the reason I bought ethical consumer last time

Is it really so strange to eat roadkill? (refering to an earlier post) Whenever we are lucky enough to see a recently deceased pheasant on a country road we nab it (last one was, poor thing, still warm...) Ended up as Roadkill Casserole: delicious.

fullmoonfiend · 18/09/2006 18:28

We have done that too,littlefrog.

As an aside, Apparetnly there are some hardcore eco-types in Tasmania who only wear shoes made from roadkill. It's a noble thought but I can't imagine wandering into my local cobblers with a blue-bottle-vibrating, putrefying dingo, slapping it on the counter and saying ''can you turn this into a pair of slingbacks for me, mate?''

Goodness, I haven't read my September one yet! I think it's in a pile of stuff.....I'm sure somebody will be interested in yours (I would be myself if I hadn't already bought one) - it's just a matter of waiting for the right person to turn up
