we had meatless monday today..
just by chance as opposed to on puropose but i thought of this thread

I would love to do a meatless Monday but DH would be especially unimpressed by that. As far as he is concerned, if it doesn't contain meat it's a mere snack. I try and limit the amount of meat the kids eat though and use nuts, tofu and beans as a healthier source of protein at least twice a week.
