Line of Beauty best thing I've read for a hundred years
It's a bit Go-Betweeny, as my sister pointed out

bakedpotato · 30/08/2005 14:48

love the scene when he's dancing with Mrs Thatcher

And the bit when the MP has to win the pig

Enid · 30/08/2005 14:49

yes lol. I was glued it it on holiday.

if you liked it can I point you to Any Human Heart - similar (ish) as it is a fictional account of actual historial events - lovely.

Reading a book? Is that when you get some time to yourself and peace?

Enid · 30/08/2005 14:50

have rediscovered it

as pc is broken and we don't have Sky anymore there isnt much to do in the evenings round our way

OP posts:
oliveoil · 30/08/2005 14:51

can I send my non sleeping pain in the arse but utterly scrumptious baby round then?

Enid · 30/08/2005 14:52

ooh yes please [broody emoticon]
