Hello

Is anyone doing NaNoWriMo this year?
I'm going to start it at least & hopefully finish it. I've got characters swirling around in my head at the moment & some glimpse of a possible plot...

I'm still hanging in there! On 42,435. My brain is fried (on a course this week so too much listening) but determined to get my 2500 (at least) done today.

I'm going to do a late nighter tomorrow as I can't see myself getting anything done Friday while DS is awake.

have just had my thrilling chase (that has been playing in my head since I came up with my plotline) and now have a nice juicy death to describe, then tying up all my loose ends/justice is served and all that.

I have a bloody keyboard. I keep forgetting I'm supposed to be typing one-handed and my cut opens up again. I finally crossed the 30k barrier though.

Congrats to you that have already fininshed! I am hoping to get to 40,000 today, although had written 19,000 of those before Nov.

In other news I got my first manuscript back from the assessor. It was a really good thing to have done - he said it's unpublishable in its current form and that I should totally re-write two characters, but that my main character is well done and have other strengths. So, that gives me hope. Now to decide whether to keep writing novel B, or do another injection of work on novel A. Decisions ...

I've just hit 48,000 and this last bit is killing me. I'm really having to spin it out now!

I'm having a much better writing day today. I am back to typing with both hands and it's flowing at a more respectable speed. Perhaps you winners would be kind enough to pop in over the next couple of weeks to urge me on till I get there?
