£33.25 to take our toddler to Toddler Club at Everyman cinema! 😮

I know this isn’t AIBU, but surely I am not AIBU to be stunned at that price?!

Other cinema chains usually charge £3-7 for the toddler ticket and then any accompanying adults are free.

But at Everyman, it’s £15.25 for the toddler and first adult, then add £15.50 for a second adult(!!) plus a £2.50 booking fee!

It’s one of DS’s most beloved stories so I guess we will stretch to him going with just one of us, but it would have been amazing for both of us to see his reaction to it. Just seems like a crazy price 😔

It sounds reasonable to me, it's not meant to be a budget experience

Booking now for tomorrow showing - £38.05 at Canary Wharf, extort!

I don’t go to Everyman any more because of the cost. Not worth it and my heart sinks when my friends suggest it. If you have an Odeon Luxe nearby do that instead. Much better value - especially if you have any kind of workplace perks scheme or blue light card etc.

Also the “Everyman” name gets on my tits. They only open them in posh areas. And the sofas arent actually very comfy IMHO.

I always have a membership - get 6 films a year and can bring a friend for free a few days a week and 10% off everything else at other time - so I find it’s worth it for me ! 🤷‍♀️
