Has anyone ever won anything on Octopus Spin the Wheel?

Just that really - I’m curious as to anyone has ever won anything!

Maybe it's the newer customers who get points and the older ones get money when they spin. I've been with them 2 or 3 years and usually win 8 points, sometimes nothing. Never any more than that.

I think 8 points is around 1p.

I get the free coffee most weeks (that's not a win though, it's just the weekly offer).

@CeciliaMars they are doing a black Friday special things. Prizes are being announced twice daily. Normally I only get 8 points.... sigh. The promotion is called pink Friday.

I won 8,000 points once! It knocked some money off my bill. Only ever been 8 points since, though - about two years. Just checked, apparently I'm now up to 5,000 points which is worth about £6 credit. Hey, it's not nothing.

I've also one 800 octopoints once, which is probably about 0.00001p! Otherwise, I only get the 8 octopoints for submitting my meter readings.

I got 800 points the other month. It takes so long to build it up to anything worthwhile these days (previously I could take quite a bit off my bill but they reduced the worth a couple of years ago), I ended up donating it to charity.

I’m up to around £14.85 worth of points, I’ve won 800 maybe 3/4 times, the rest of the time 8 points.

Pp asked about meter readings if on a smart meter, I think I add them maybe twice a year just to check it all tallies.

I won £1 recently. I'm going to have a look at my app as I've never heard of points or free coffees.

Yes, I submit both gas and electricity, although I have a smart meter, so it lets you have 2 spins.

Another pound winner here - one about ? 10 years ago, one in the past year. I'm another smart meter resister, so I don't think that's a factor
