at your MIL. If DH tried that, the plate would be chucked at him!
Ipsos Huge apologies if you have answered this question before. I do tend to skim read sometimes. I just wondered if your DS and yourself had been given a full diagnosis for your nutritional requirements? Again, forgive me for saying something that might be out of turn, but I would worry hugely about excluding so much food that you have 'cardboard diets', without appropriate professional advice. At the very least, it must be dreadfully difficult to manage, as you quite rightly state.
Sorry, I just have a family full of doctors, and a number of friends who are GP's/consultants, so I know their stance with regard such matters. Although it's very useful at times having so much medical knowledge to hand
I have a friend recently diagnosed as celiac, from a consultant. She's felt dreadful for months, but she wasn't allowed to exclude anything from her diet until the diagnosis, as excluding items, would result in distorted tests, if you understand?
In no way am I trying to be difficult, but I read your posts and know your life is bloody challenging, so I would want the help and expertise that I was properly entitled to, given you have paid your dues into the system

And I am way less patient than you!
