No record of my second dose being given, despite my card showing it

I had my 2nd dose two weeks ago at a large centre.
All fine on the day, in and out in minutes, and my vaccination card was filled out.

DH had his dose the next day at the same centre, and within 24 hours, his NHS app was showing he had both doses.

My app is only showing my first dose, so I phoned my GP to see what I can do. They are saying they have no record of the second dose, and this should have been sent over by the vaccination centre, so to contact them.
The vaccination centre doesn't have a phone number, and the iPad bouncer at the entrance won't let me in as I don't have an appointment for a vaccination, nor do they know how to sort it.
119 said they can only book new appointments, not resolve issues. Oh, and they won't let me book another '2nd dose' appointment, because it shows I've already had one

Does anyone know how I can resolve this before it turns into a kafkaesque nightmare?! I'm slightly concerned that I'm going to miss out on all the fully-vaxxed perks if we try and travel this summer...

So it would appear from some previous posts that the GP can help but is choosing not to. The surgery could contact the CCG and get contact details of the vaccination centres on behalf of the patient but is choosing to dump the problem on the patient. It should not be the patient chasing up information that needs to be in their records. If you had a smear done privately I am sure they would happily accept the recorded information you gave them because it bumps up their QoF figures.

If you can't contact the vaccination centre and your GP won't help, make a complaint to the CCG with a copy of your NHS number, make, DOB, vaccination card and centre name. The CCG are obligated to make sure it gets fixed for you. Worst case they'll give you a phone number for the vaccination centre.

@RuthW this is what they won't do for me, so no, that doesn't work, because allegedly they don't have access to the system (I had my second overseas).

I'd contact PALS and tell them the problem, I've found them very helpful.

A second dose overseas won’t be recorded in the same way as one provided in the UK. A first one won’t either.

A GP can make a record in your notes of the information you provided about having a vaccine elsewhere in the world. But they will not be able to put the details onto the national database and it won’t be read up into the NHS app or any other UK produced certificates.

You will have to maintain two separate records. One from your overseas vaccinator and one from the NHS. The NHS is unlikely to be able to validate any overseas documents you produce.

Why can't the ipad bouncer call for a steward to get the vaccination centre manager to speak to you?

Surely it's not that hard for them?

Failing that, drop in a letter asking them to sort it. That's if they don't act as if a paper letter is full of virus of course.
