People Refusing Astra Zeneca - What Happens?

I've seen an increasing number of people on here and on social media saying they'll go to their mass vaccination centre appointment but if it's Astea Zeneca, they'll refuse. I'm curious as to what actually happens next? They've had an appointment, been offered a vaccine that remains approved for their group, and have declined. Are they "ticked off" the list as "offered" or do they stay at the top of the list for upcoming appointments and continue to be invited?

DH and I have just had the AZ. We've agreed that if either of us dies, the other one will buy a lottery ticket as we're clearly beating some long odds.

@MRex

It's possible that Novovax would prove lower risk for younger people if spike protein is the issue, as it's similar to how flu, HPV and HepB vaccines work. Not clear when it's being approved, but the efficacy against all variants looked great from trials.
They have Norovax approval could be as early May apparently. The manufacturer says they are making it already and it should be go to go wants approved. Some of their other plants have had trouble in different countries getting grow bags but we haven't. I think this is one reason they are saying we will stay on track to have all adults done with one dose by July date.

without me having to read the entire thread - been offered AZ this week, concerned about clot risks.

I want to ask any wise ones here, if I am 47, female, what are my risks? I am slim, no underlying issues that I am aware of or other illnesses.

I have read very little about this and do not know what to do.

Hope you can help!

Risk of brain clot 8-10 times higher from covid itself than from vaccines.

Risk from covid extends to younger people. From the article linked:
Around a third of reports of cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT) after COVID-19 infection were in people under 30.
