Have just stumbled across Taffix which scientists say reduces risk of covid by 78%. How is this not bigger news, could be an absolute game changer especially for school staff

I’ve always used Vicks first defence when I start to feel under the weather. No idea if I’ve ever had Covid or not though

I remember I first bought First Defence years ago, I'm the biggest cynic so was convicted I'd just wasted £9. Anyway, I swear it worked and even if just psychosomatic, well, it still works. I bought some for covid with the view that it can't hurt. Haven't used it as I haven't felt the need to over the last year.

@lazylinguist

I had mild covid, cold symptoms and a bit of fatigue for a week. I gargled mouthwash, used vicks first defence, took high dose vit d, drank lots of green tea and sambucol. 10 days on I feel back to normal.

But if you had it mildly, you'd probably have felt better in 10 days anyway!

Lol yep!
