2+ hours of press conferences? Not a chance; it’s Twixtmas which means I will be spending that time lying on the sofa, eating biscuits and watching The Sound of Music. This is vastly preferable to enduring The Sound of Political Careers Screeching To A Halt.

And yes, absolutely to “One Last Push” or something similar. Whatever it is, it will have three words and be vaguely reminiscent of Dunkirk etc.

BBC also feel they can’t trust Bojo’s time keeping as the big reveal is not yet showing in their programme timetable. I wanted to put it on record as I have to go out. (Essential travel but only local).

Exactly. And frankly BJ should be the one doing the press conferences. He’s the PM. Buck stops with him. He should be the one having to justify these decisions to journalists.
