How long did it take?

We’ve got a thread going for those of us waiting on results but it’s getting hard to track now.

If you have had a result back in the last week can you just post here with how long it took in hours?

Test 12:30pm on Saturday, results yesterday at 6am. So just under two days for us in Midlands.

Should have said, I was tested as part of a community scheme - no known exposure or symptoms.but was a normal test centre, not sure if that will have affected the timing

DP had a test last night at 5pm and results came through at 10:30 this morning

Had a test last Tuesday at 9am, got results 48 hours later. Had test yesterday at 2.30pm, got results at 7am this morning, so 17 hours. (All negative)

Tested Friday 11am in SW London, got results back 24 hours later, almost to the minute.

Home test posted early hours Friday. Still waiting for results. Desperately need the result as need to get back to work in care home. Pulling my hair out ! Called to check it's not lost and told that it's "with the lab".

Tested Sunday morning test positive came this morning, so less than 48 hours.

DH went for a test 8am Sunday, had the result through less than 24 hours later (email at 3am Monday)

Zoe Covid invited me to take a test last week. Tested at 1pm at a drive-in centre on Thursday in Wilts, results (negative) on Saturday lunchtime.

Tested Monday at 10am got the text at 620am but had an email at 4am Tuesday. I went in the summer and it was roughly the same. I thought because you had to put in your occupation etc that it might be prioritised by that as I'm in one of the keyworker categories and know people who aren't who have had to wait longer but I'm not sure.
