Did you lose your sense of smell and for how long?

I've just started with covid. Having no sense of smell was what made me test as other symptoms were like a head cold.

I also have a sore tongue though that's improving.

Loss of smell is the worst symptom.

Finally got my positive result today. I’m on day 4 and still no sense of smell at all but can now slightly taste things again which I’m pleased about!

got a positive result not long after my last message. i’m hopeful of being able to taste things again soon!

Our tests were negative! Must just be a cold causing it.
