Would you go to soft play this week?
(If you would normally go- I know lots of people don't like it anyway)

No

seayork2020 · 02/11/2020 05:36

Not virus related but no

I cannot think of one good thing about them

StillCounting123 · 02/11/2020 06:21

I'd love to take mine to soft play, but sadly for me the two centres closest to me didn't reopen after the summer lockdown and have said on their FB pages that they have shut down forever. Next closest one in an hour drive to get there and no idea when it will reopen anyway.

Yes, I take my nearly 2 year old to a facilitated soft play session every week - she loves it. I'm pregnant and struggling with morning sickness - it's a great way for her to burn off energy when I feel terrible.

I took DD to softplay the morning before the Welsh firebreak lockdown. I booked the first slot in the morning, I wouldn't take her later in the day.

Yes absolutely. Before Covid, every time without fail, my children would yet ill after going to soft play. We have been 4 times in recent weeks and no one came away ill! Adults have to wear a mask unless seated at their table and the soft play areas are closed and deep cleaned between each session. Our temperature is taken before we go in and there are sanitisers dotted around.

I much prefer it now!

Halliehallie9828 · 02/11/2020 06:59

Yes, Iv also took the kids swimming, out for lots of meals, cinema, in town shopping, museums.

YouAreMySunshine123 · 02/11/2020 07:00

No.

Indoctro · 02/11/2020 07:05

Still not open in Scotland and never have been since the start of covid

But if they were no I wouldn't go.

EssentialHummus · 02/11/2020 07:18

With temp checks, between-session cleaning etc - yes. I haven't been with DD but if this lockdown hadn't come in, and with the weather turning, almost certainly.

Rosesarere · 02/11/2020 07:22

I went to our local one last week, limited slots that you had to pre book, hang gel on arrival, before entering equipment and when leaving, all adults in masks apart from when seated, when we left they were misting ready for thr next time slot, it felt as safe as it could

IHTC · 02/11/2020 08:21
