How long have you waited for test results?

Took test in London on Monday at 12:00pm, still no results. How long have people waited so far?

North East. Took DD for test Monday and had the results monday night. Less than 12 hours for us (negative).

Tested Sunday morning, still waiting

Wow there’s lots of people still waiting well over 72 hours!

My son was tested last Friday - South East. Not had them back yet.

Also South East, tested last thursday and still nothing.

4 days for us. A friend went to the same test site the day after us and got her result less than 24 hours after. We rang 119 after 48 hours and spoke to someone who emailed the testing lab to say it was a late result and I'm a keyworker but not sure it made a difference.

@Rachierach11 when I tried to call they weren’t even taking calls!

We're STILL waiting too, from Monday morning. I also tried calling and they said they're overwhelmed and they aren't taking calls. Both kids have missed a week of school for no reason, I expect. Such a pain!!

Still waiting from Monday here too. Someone e mailed delayed results for me-made no difference. I’ll be really cross if we have to isolate for 2 weeks without even knowing if it was covid or not!

51 hours for my negative, sounds like that was a pretty quick turnaround.

Tested lunchtime Tuesday. Still waiting. So tempting to say sod it, probably just a cold and go out. I won't but I'm sure there are a lot of people that will. The system is not fit for purpose.

I feel the same @Rollingdragon but will wait for the all clear. Means I’ve had to cancel all weekend plans because I don’t want to let anyone down last minute. Praying they arrive today, waiting since Monday.

36 hours last weekend, West Mids.

We went there as well for DS yesterday morning, result was sent in less than 24 hours so he was able to go to school today. Hope yours comes in quick.

Has anyone had results come back 6 days later or are ours just lost 😖

My results came back at 6.30am this morning making it a full 5 days for anyone losing hope....negative.

I also got mine this morning- 6.15am. Also a negative. And also a full 5 day wait!!

Still nothing here. 119 hours. The website still says 48 or 72 for home. Its a bit misleading

My friend went to Twickenham test centre this morning and was told up to 48 hours but I guess everyone is told that at first

My son had the test yesterday at 11.30am and i have been told it will be around 72 hours before the result will come.

@Fiddlersgreen got my results an hour ago! Negative thankfully. But I’ve missed all my plans and cancelled my hair appointment isolating so a bit annoyed!

Just got our negative through too. Woop woop.

Glad it was a negative although I can understand the frustration!!
