What do you mean by 'proper lockdown'?

The lockdown which countries like Italy had. They have had a lesser number of deaths and less new cases. Their lockdown was much stricter.

And now in Scotland this development:

It will also become mandatory for staff working in hospitality premises such as pubs and restaurants to wear face coverings, and for customers to wear them while moving around.

This madness will never end

Soon we'll have to wear whenever we're outside the home.

And some people will revel in it.
