I know a few are doing takeaways, both food and beer, which is allowed

Well the one in the village does this. plus earlier in lock down set up a local fresh produce shop, as well as takeaway pub meals and would put boxes together and deliver for free to locals who couldn't get out to pick up.

So technically they are still a takeaway, just also providing ample seating for their take out customers.

The wine bar, I have no idea about, I just drove past thinking WTF?

Wonder if pubs could lose their licence if they open before officially allowed to? I know a few are doing takeaways, both food and beer, which is allowed.

Some pubs have already lost their licences like this one.

YAY! Can't wait to go to a beer garden.

TBH I can't see the problem with pubs using a beer garden. as long as the tables are spaced properly.

have two metre rule inside when queuing like supermarkets and petrol stations.
Or they could serve customers from the pub door.

yes you can now sit inside a pub with complete strangers and use glasses/ cups / cutlery from there.
I think on 4th July the idea is for pub Gardens and restaurants with outside space to open. Not indoors though.
