Has ANYONE had a refund for their TUI cancelled holiday?

I was due to be on the plane right now and despite them saying on their phone line messages, that they were proactively contacting people who were due to fly imminently, we've had no phone call.
And if you call their line you get put on hold for well over an hour and no answer.

@SciFiScream what number did you dial please?

The number on the website @Keepitup it took multiple tries and in several occasions we got stuck in some sort of loop. What worked eventually was waiting until they cut us off and then immediately redialling.
You'll need stamina.

Our holiday refund is showing as a pending payment in our bank account! I hope everyone else manages to get good news. What a relief.

@SciFiScream - thanks for the update. I managed to get hold of someone and they said I should be refunded 11 June at the earliest so fingers crossed.

@Keepitup we were expecting 12th June so pending today is a bonus. So relieved.

12 weeks and counting now.....

I have tried ringing, emailing, leaving messages on Facebook, had no contact apart from an email today saying a refund had been paid but there is no money in my bank.

Royally fucked off with Tui. Never using them again
