Companies trying to screw consumers over during COVID-19 lockdown

I'm curious to know if any one here has had any experience of organisations trying to get their bills paid at the expense of their consumers.
More specifically, I paid for an Easter camp which will no longer be holding due to the COVID-19 lockdown and they are now refusing to process a refund. This is even more worrying because I had paid for 2 kids!
Any similar experiences or thoughts please?

Hi Arabellasmum,

Thanks for posting - we're sure there are similar stories from other users - we know someone who was charged £18 for a small bottle of hand sanitiser.....
