People who say not to worry about Coronavirus, because "Only the elderly/chronically ill/immune suppressed" are dicks.

Some of us fall into these categories. Some love people who fall into these categories. Some have some essence of humanity. Stop using "Only the xxx" to dismiss concerns. Stop conflating it with flu.

Wash your hands. Isolate yourself as required. Err on the side of caution.

I saw one delightful person yesterday suggest thatv the vulnerable give their jobs to some random unemployed person so they can shield.
we're going to have a certain number of people unemployed why shouldn't that be the shielding people instead of people working in certain industries? Would that actually make it a lower number of people unemployed overall? Are there too many highly trained shielding people who can't be replaced
They actually claimed they were disabled themselves and couldn't work so why should ecv be any different.
The other one I hate us the with/of COVID debate. Like you didn't really die of COVID if you gave a pre existing condition. It sucks..
