Not suspicious at all.

Go on then. You tell us what links a tragic road accident involving an inebriated civilian and well respected Judge, and atrocities commited by an army in wartime.

And also let us know why you feel you should have the details of the investigation into this accident? Did you know him personally?

What a strange response. Do you not feel that Israel should be held accountable for any of the atrocities it has committed in the last two years?

According to google Beni Shagi was involved in Case 3000, which was investigating the submarines corruption. I find the timing of his death a very strange coincidence. I mean, of all the people to hit on route 6 it just tragically happened to be him on his motorbike by a drugged up Israeli? Pull the other one.

What facts do you know about this case @nigelisalier - do you even know if this is the judge overseeing Netanyahu's case?

nigelisalier · 07/01/2026 12:36

I said above what he was involved with investigating.

Not the corruption case mentioned in the OP.

nigelisalier · 07/01/2026 12:41

Well the case is ongoing. And it has to do with corruption. And BN is involved, but hey ho.

BN only very loosely involved. it is hardly Netanyahu's corruption case.

Not wasting any more time on this idiotic thread.

Benny Sagi. Spell his name right if you're going to attempt to use his passing to make a point about Israel at least.

Still waiting to hear the link on IDF atrocities and a tragic civilian accident.

The case in question:

However, questions have also been raised about Netanyahu’s selling of his Seadrift shares in 2010 to Milikowsky for NIS 16 million ($4.5 million) — reportedly four-to-seven times more than the amount he paid for the shares several years earlier. Analysts, including Channel 12’s Amnon Abramovich and the Yedioth Ahronoth daily’s Sever Plotzker, have said the premier received the shares from his cousin “virtually for free.”
That could potentially lead to a new investigation similar to Case 1000, in which Netanyahu faces fraud and breach of trust charges, pending a hearing, for allegedly receiving illicit gifts from billionaire benefactors.

This is NOT the judge overseeing Netanyahu's trial. He presided over a related matter in Beersheva. Bibi's corruption case is being heard in Jerusalem, overseen by a 3 judge panel.

There's no reason a case involving the prime minister would be heard in Beersheva.

If thats the case strange that a poster would try to link to Netanyahu, or is it strange, blame for anything goes on CITME.

I'm no fan of Netanyahu or his government but some go to lengths to tie pretty much anything to him or Israel before fact checking any story.

It's a strange place to find a conspiracy thread....or is it? Isn't there a conspiracy section on mumsnet...and if not, why not? I think we should be told.

Murdering ambulance medics and burying the evidence = an atrocity. Killing journalists in a hospital doing their job = atrocity. Killing children getting water = atrocity. Need I go on?

Romi Gonen sexually assaulted at Shifa hospital.
Noa Marciano murdered by a doctor injecting air into her veins at Shifa hospital.
"Doctors" and "journalists" aka Hamas terrorists.

Well if you want to go down the sexual assault route.

From Wiki:

During the ongoing Gaza war, Israeli male and female soldiers, guards and medical staff have reportedly committed wartime sexual violenceagainst Palestinian women, children and men[1][2][3][4] including rape, gang-rape and sexualized torture and genital mutilation.[5][6][7]

But hey, it’s war no? Nothing to see here.

Ah, so its just another Israel Bad thread rather than an attempt to discuss news sensibly. 🥱

I gave you the information. You chose not to debate about it. Not really my problem is it?
But good to know the spelling police are out in full force!

Did we chose not to debate though? Third time asking- and still waiting to hear what you think the link between civilian RTA and IDF atrocity is?

( other than Israel Bad- or just stick with Israel bad... up to you 🧐 )

dairydebris · 08/01/2026 09:57

I note even the DailyFail has amended its headline, no longer linking BN's corruption case and the accident.

Care to remove your misinformation @nigelisalier ? Or prefer to leave it up as ot paints Israel in a negative light which handily co incides with your feelings on Israel and BN?

This place 😬

When have you ever removed yours, I wonder? I have shown what he was investigating. And how it was linked to BN. You chose to believe it was a road traffic accident because that is what Israel has told you. But you believe a lot of what Israel tells you. Can’t help you with that I’m afraid.

OP posts:
dairydebris · 08/01/2026 10:50

You show me a mistake I've made and I'll correct it.

You made a post saying the Judge in BN's corruption case has been killed in an accident.

It has since become clear that is not the case. The Daily Mail has amended their headline to reflect the truth. The other websites linked are questionable. This was obvious as I noted a few posts in.

You then posted a load of insinuations around who might have done this and why. You dodged any prompts to speak in plain language preferring to sling mud about Israel around- clearly reflecting your own prejudices.

Now thats its obvious you were mistaken on this occasion, you've started to attack me rather than reflect on why you may have leaped to such conclusions on such sparse evidence- because you'd have to own your prejudice in this instance.

Much better to accept you were wrong and try to think more critically next time, surely?

For avoidance of doubt- original headline from DM-

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-15440547/amp/Judge-Netanyahus-corruption-case-killed-vehicle-driving-road-joined-highway-ploughed-motorbike.html

Current headline-

Top Israeli judge is killed 'after vehicle driving off road joined highway and ploughed into his motorbike'
