The Last Hamas Leader

Brigadier General Barak Hiram says Hamas's rule in Gaza is collapsing as it faces financial and leadership crises, which could lead to the people of Gaza overthrowing the terrorist regime themselves.

Hrim claimed that "Hamas has been having a very hard time paying salaries to its entire apparatus in recent months. Now, as soon as the apparatus ceases to exist, and people stop reporting for Hamas work, Hamas loses its power and Hamas ceases to exist."

“Hamas is a dictatorial regime, and more than it fears an outside enemy, it fears an internal one,” he stated. “For Arab rulers, their worst nightmare is the people dragging them into the streets. I believe that the last Hamas leader—if we don’t manage to kill him—will be taken out by the people, who will treat him as Libyans treated Gadhafi. When that happens, we’ll know the time is right to form a new model of governance in that area—one that isn’t Hamas.”

Hamas commander who led war’s deadliest attack on IDF troops killed in drone strike

A Hamas commander who led the deadliest attack on Israeli troops in the Gaza Strip amid the war was eliminated in a drone strike over the weekend, the military and Shin Bet announce.

The IDF says Khalil Abed al-Nasser Mohammad Hatib commanded a Hamas cell in the terror group’s Maghazi Battalion, which carried out an RPG attack against troops operating near the Israeli border on January 22, 2024.

The RPGs hit two buildings that had been rigged up for detonation and a tank guarding the forces, killing 21 soldiers. It was the deadliest attack on Israeli troops amid the war.

The military says troops of the 414th Combat Intelligence Collection Unit identified the operative on Friday and called in a drone strike, killing him.

Zamir orders IDF to expand offensive against Hamas to additional parts of Gaza

IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir has instructed the military to expand the ground offensive against Hamas to additional areas in the Gaza Strip, the military says.

Zamir today held an assessment in southern Gaza with the chief of the Southern Command, Maj. Gen. Yaniv Asor, chief of the Israeli Air Force, Maj. Gen. Tomer Bar, COGAT head, Maj. Gen. Ghassan Alian, and other commanders.
Additionally, the IDF says Zamir was instructed to establish additional aid distribution sites for the Palestinian civilian population.

“We are in the midst of a powerful and uncompromising campaign,” Zamir says to troops in Gaza, in remarks published by the IDF.
“Hamas is losing control. We eliminated the murderer Muhammad Sinwar, and to all other murderers of October 7, we convey a clear message: your day will come,” he says

The new Hamas chief is likely to be Izz al-Din al-Haddad, apparently.

He has apparently already survived six assassination attempts but 7th time lucky, eh?

Interesting that none of the 'free palestine' lot have bothered to comment so far. Presumably they too are thrilled that more of the hamas leadership are gone, and we're thus closer to the end of the 'genocide'?

Unfortunately terrorist supporters set up charity foundations using a child name. The leaders of the foundation have clear links to terrorist support. They then gain support and money under false pretence to further their aims. Careful who you donate to.

One of the founders of the Hibd Foundation.... "Antisemitism, homophobia, and hate

Sneaky how they try to dupe people into funding them.

Security forces confirm death of senior Hamas military wing member in Gaza strikes

The IDF and Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) killed Hakham Muhammad Issa al-Issa, a senior member of Hamas’s military wing, in extensive Friday strikes on the Sabra neighborhood of Gaza City, the two security organizations announced Saturday night.

His most recent role was head of combat support operations in the military wing. He is considered one of the organization’s founders.

Issa was a central knowledge figure and one of the last remaining senior Hamas leaders who held high-ranking positions prior to October 7, 2023, and was still in the Gaza Strip.

He was involved in planning the October 7 massacre and establishing the organization’s training infrastructure.

@Twiglets1 great news.

Great news brining the region a little bit more towards peace. The more Hamas realise that they are in the firing line the more likely they are to negotiate in good faith. They can't win.

I agree that Hamas can’t win.

What is worrying though is that it has been obvious for ages now that Hamas can’t gain anything from dragging this war out any longer. They will get fewer concessions from Israel now than they would have got months ago so I really don’t understand what they hope to gain.

And yet still they fail to surrender. They can’t even do that right!

Its almost as if they actually want Netanyahu to go through with his crazy Gaza A Lago plan.
Try as much as I can, I can't see how in any model of outcomes, continuing to fight and not surrender leading to any good outcome for the Palestinian people at all.
It's mad.

It’s absolute madness to keep this war going day after day when they cannot hope to win. I have a feeling they just can’t bring themselves to surrender as not losing face is more important to them than saving hundreds or thousands of Palestinian lives.

What will it take for Hamas to surrender? Does every senior Hamas leader need to die before they can agree to put down their weapons & release the hostages.

It's whack a mole. One goes down and another pops up. Meanwhile the prospect of their own state and a future of hope for the average Palestinian gets further and further away... and the hate keeps coming...
Just. Fucking. Give it up.
Surely if they surrender, return hostages etc theres reduced appetite for war, election next year, moderate elected, more chance of a state for Palestine. Thats their best chance. So why do they continue?
It can only be for sheer hatred of Israel and utter, callous disregard for their own. And yet on here its still howl after howl about Israel.
I just can't understand it.

I saw that one of the clans was fighting Hamas after it killed one of their 16yr olds. They attacked a hospital in Khan Younis where Hamas were holed up (I know who would have thunk it). The hospital looked badly damaged which is awful for the residents there. But I think Gazans are starting to get increasingly frustrated with Hamas (obviously there were the anti hamas protests as well). I’m seeing a lot of videos of Gazans being beaten or shot in the legs by Hamas members as well, they beat up kids, it was fucking awful. I’m not sure how much longer this can go on for before the whole thing collapses. I can’t help to think once they don’t have hamas hanging over them more and more gazans will start to come around to the idea of a two state solution instead of permanent instability.

I really hope the rumours of external arab governance for Gaza post war is true. It will smoke out some of hamas and also provide security, especially if the emirates and the saudis do it, they will be heavily invested in proper governance and hopefully medical aid and getting civilians sorted will be a priority.

I honestly think the only way this doesn’t happen again is a two state solution. I know there are some on both sides that don’t want it but for people to live without fear it needs to happen.

Unofficial IDF deck

As part of the Gaza war, an unofficial card deck of 54 wanted individuals were distributed to Israeli soldiers. The idea for the deck was inspired by the most-wanted Iraqi playing cards created by the Defense Intelligence Agency for identifying the top wanted members of Saddam Hussein's government during the 2003 invasion of Iraq. The history of making such cards dates back to the American Civil War.

More than 10,000 decks of the cards were distributed to Israeli soldiers to help the soldiers identify top Hamas targets and to unsettle Hamas officials. The hierarchy of various Hamas officials has been mixed around in the deck in order to attempt to embarrass more higher-ranking officials.

As of May 2025, 35 individuals from the list had been killed.

(the ones still alive mainly live outside Gaza)

Sadly, it's clear that Hamas leaders do hide out in and under hospitals. They are cowards. They don't care for their people or their children, having a different mindset they believe all martyrs to their cause. It's extremely sad.

Why can’t they find their hostages then? ¯\(ツ)

I care more about the innocent hostages than Bibi does. All he wants to do is continue the war, and save his own sorry ass from court. Sacrificial lambs?

No, don’t let me upset you. There are innocent deaths on all sides here. One life is not worth more than another though. However, if you can kill Iranian scientists, in Iran, sleeping in their beds with such precision, kill Hamas leaders, with such precision, and yet indiscriminately keep bombing innocent children and women, then why the fuck can you not find your hostages? Surely you must ask yourselves these questions? Or maybe, hey Bibi said himself he wants the hostages released, Hamas gone and a full implementation of Trumps plan. In other words, an ethnic cleansing of Gaza. Does that not upset you?

The IDF are not killing Hamas leaders with “such precision” though are they? Have you seen the state of Gaza due to the IDF not being able to kill Hamas with precision due to the nice habit that Hamas have of hiding in & beneath civilian buildings.

I don’t agree with Trumps plan but neither do I think Hamas can be allowed to remain in Gaza so the war continues until they surrender.

The reason Gaza has been flattened is because Hamas are hiding under civilian buildings? What do you think would happen if the hostages were surrendered? Do you believe in all honesty that the war would end? Bear in mind Nissim Vaturi’s comments about separating women and children, whilst we murder all the Arab men.

Yes I think you’ve finally got it.

I believe the war would end if Hamas gave back the hostages and surrendered yes. They would have to agree to disarm & leave Gaza.

Otherwise the war continues.

So why has Bibi continued to refuse a cease fire unless, as he reiterated, it will only be temporary after the hostage release?
