A man attacked people by the tour Eiffel with a hammer.

"Mr Darmanin said the alleged attacker was heard shouting "Allahu Akbar", Arabic for "God is greatest", and told police he was upset because "so many Muslims are dying in Afghanistan and in Palestine".
The suspect is also understood to have suggested France was complicit in the deaths of Palestinians in Gaza."

I mean these people no more represent Palestine than I represent Mickey Mouse. I stand with Israel but I will also bat back any attempts at blame where blame does not lie .

@Pizdietz
For purely selfish reasons (and sorry for my naivety), I'd be grateful if you could explain why France is in such a pickle? Is it just cities? Is is more dangerous than the UK
The "problem" with France is it is impermeable to guilt tripping, gaslighting and brainwashing on a national scale.
There are more terror attacks but there are no nationwide protests in support of extremism as there are in the UK. That's precisely why there are more terror attacks. France is not going to be culturally co-opted.

Gosh I think I see what you mean! We are currently holidaying in what I'd imagined was a quiet seaside town in France, and saw a patrol of half a dozen soldiers with machine guns among the Christmas shoppers. Presumably that's not just to deal with shoplifters. Also noticed a weird thing here where they check your bags going into IKEA, and a LIDL store where the entry doors wouldn't open until the exit doors were closed. It's so sad to see things having to be escalated to this level of precaution.
