twiglett,

all the best for this cycle - I assume that you are surging!
As for my own experience, I was originally prescribed 100 mg Clomid for 3 months with the requirement to be monitored by scans and blood tests for at least one month. As it happens I was monitored during the first month, didn't ovulate, was put up to 150mg for 2nd month and continued to be monitored - still didn't ovulate, so consultant told me to stop taking it. However at my hopsital it was pretty much standard treatment to put everyone on clomid to start with whilst other investigations were carried out (subject to a satisfactory sperm analysis). They claimed that 50% of their patients conceived whilst on clomid for 6 months - the other 50 having to go on to other treatments.

Good luck with this cycle.

Hi Twiglett, hope you enjoyed last night! We saved it until the morning! (fell asleep b4 actually). Well, sorry to be graphic but this morning had gallons of CM. Never seen that much b4. On day 12 now so v hopeful that the clomid is doing its job. Are you temping? Mine is still low, and has been all time since clomid, when b4 its always been quite consistently high throughout the whole month. Hoping for a rise tomorrow which means i ov. Doing OPK this afternoon and fingers crossed; all the signs are there.
Any luck with your OPK yet???

Twiglett, clomid made me v. emotional, the same goes for a friend of mine, she said she cried at the slightest thing. It's all that messing with hormones.
