Hey lovely people

I've just come off the October bus and because of my long cycles my spreadsheet says that I skip November and would be due in December.

So I thought I'd start the December bus.

Here's the start of the stats - looking forward to some friends hopping on board soon.

Hello all
My resolve not to test early is weakening and any minute now I am going to do a test a hundred days early and with over dilute urine so whats the point in that??

Anyway am tired and emotional about this whole TTC lark and although normally upbeat I am not sure I can do this much more. 4th monthafter miscarriage and I know that is not much but it feels like forever....I should have been fat and 3rd trimester now.

Never MN in the day but really feel like shite and need to vent .OK vent over

Off for a snivvle

Cozie · 30/03/2010 14:46

AWWWW Cathy - many hugs.

THE MC is awful but im a sign that it just takes time to recover, tested BFP today, 9 months after MC.

It will happen, i took up Yoga and accupucnture beginning of this year - perhaps that played a huge part?

xxx

CatherineEarnshaw · 30/03/2010 14:47

congrats cozie and welcome to louindevon

PinkiePoo · 30/03/2010 15:16

cozie I assumed its for all us ttc ladies, waiting for AF to rear its ugly head and with the hope for a BFP so we get our Xmas babies. We put all our stats on a daily list and when one of us gets a BFP we go on the graduate list and graduate from the bus, but like i said, great to have you here.

Sorry to hear about the MC, so i am sure this is just what you needed x

Cozie · 30/03/2010 15:24

Ah thanks Pinkiepoo

So those that dont move to Januarys bus?

With you now.

Little slow on this uptake so not worthy of a graduation!

Much hugs

x

PinkiePoo · 30/03/2010 15:27

yep indeed....which is where i will be heading more than likely next week

Is this your first honey? x

BunnyBaby · 30/03/2010 15:28

Hi Cozie and congrats! I think pinkypoo means the Ante-Natal threads where the BFP's tootle off when ready which already have a due Dec 2010 thread. Though some are nervous to jump to those threads immediately and hang out on the comfy bus until they feel ready. You can sit next to me (fluffs up a cushion) I have a 21st Dec DS who is my best Christmas present ever xxx

Cozie · 30/03/2010 15:31

NOOOO STAY POSTIVE !

Last month we ' did it' ten times over the fertile window and this month just two beacuse DH was due for sperm count tests at the hospital after we decided 9 months after MC in June at 14 weeks, that enough was enough!

So this month i hadnt even thought about it thinking, twice, PAH, we did it 10 times last month and that didnt bloody work , along with vits, preseed, legs in the air blah blah why would just twice ....

Because id already scrapped a line through this month i had none of that TWW, and was only yesterday i realised my period was due, managed to convice husband and hed offered to go to tesco 24 hour then i realised i had 10 dip sticks in teh drawer.

One faint p last night
one at 7am
Much quicker result at 8am !!

Dont give up, like me this could be your month

xxx

boba82 · 30/03/2010 15:45

Welcome Cozie and congratulations on your BFP. You have cheered me up a bit as I am feeling very sorry for myself today so am right with you Catherine.

Seems like there are pregnant ladies and newborns everywhere just now, pretty sure I'll be off to Jan bus too as don't think I have ovulated this month

Sorry for the moaning

PinkiePoo · 30/03/2010 15:45

Ahh thats very sweet thank you.

Unfortunately for me didn't even OV this month, i don't think, so i would be VERY surprised!

But you have given me great hope.....so cheers me dears!

You must be very excited!!!

Cozie · 30/03/2010 15:53

There are pregnancie and newborns every where, even that damn programme on TV i agree!

If we dont have hope what else is left??

Driving our selves mad !?

This month like you id written off as a no because lack of sex like you two in the no ovulation.

I didnt even test for mine this month.

I presume you did and no positive test?

Enjoy the maltesers.

I hate the cliches but your time will truly come.

I am very excited but this is just stage 1, 8 months to go, having mc at 14 weeks i dont belive there is a safe benchmark until the baby in arms ! But i am refusing to live in fear either !

xx

boba82 · 30/03/2010 16:00

Thanks cozie good to hear positive outcomes. Yes I am using a digitl fertility monitor, no PEAK days as of yet but still not impossible.

I hope your good luck and babydust rubs off on the rest of us

PinkiePoo · 30/03/2010 16:10

Very true.....but great attitude to have, try and enjoy every minute of it honey x

Prinpo · 30/03/2010 16:12

Cazzr, thanks for evening primrose link. I'll start taking it at the beginning of my next period. Can't believe there's something so simple that I missed!

Cozie, congratulations to you, that's great news. I know how worrying pregnancy can be after mc so I wish you all the best in this one.

Catherine, sorry to hear you're having a crappy day. It's nearly a year since my first mc and I too keep thinking of how life should be right now. Not fair, as them there teenagers do like to say. I find it comes in waves. Some days I'm pretty chipper, other days I just feel very low and convinced it will never happen. I mentioned on another thread and will mention it again here that one of the midwives on that (completely compulsive) programme 'One Born Every Minute' said how much she admired women who persevered when it took ages to get pregnant. That helped me in a way because it made me think that ttc isn't about failure and not managing something the rest of the world seems to do without thinking, but instead it's about patience and persistence. Made me feel better, anyway.

Cozie · 30/03/2010 16:14

Prinpo

I just had goosepimples from your comments - your a good sole

x

Loujalou · 30/03/2010 16:31

Prinpo that was really nice. I couldn't bring myself to watch OBEM though...

Anyone on the 2ww and going mental? Am imagining someone poking me (and not in a good way...).

Fairygodmother1 · 30/03/2010 18:47

Hey,

Can someone remove me from the bus - AF will be in full flow tomorrow!

Good luck to those still on the bus!

liahgen66 · 30/03/2010 18:58

hey lou

apart from me you mean?

RTD due next tuesday, no symptoms spotting and NO early testing.

BrassicaBabe · 30/03/2010 19:42

don't want to make a tit of myself, but can I jump back on?

BrassicaBabe TTC#1 Cycle 1 UCL 28 CD17

I don't know what this spotting is. It's too early for implantation bleeding, but it doesn't seem to be AF either.

So here I am, budge up

Wholelottalove · 30/03/2010 20:11

Hi All. This bus seems to be moving quicker now

Congratulations to Cozie

loujalou yup I am on 2WW and also going mental, although I already have sore boobs which I got last month too and seems to be a PMS/impending AF symptom for me, so not getting my hopes up. How long do you have left to wait? And will you wait for AF or test..?

Sorry for everyone who is having a crappy day.

Hi Everyone,

Can I jump on? I haven't been on a bus before but I was on a really lovely antenatal thread (under a different name) when I was expecting my ds and would love to 'meet' people at the same stage as me again.

I've been following the thread for a while. Congratulations to the bfps and sorry to those who have had af, good luck for next month.

I'm about 7dpo I think and feeling terrible which I'm obviously hoping is a preg symptom but I think is more likely a UTI...sorry if TMI!

My stats:

trytobebrave TTC#2; Cycle 1; UCL 30-36; CD25

Would someone add me please?

Mimi1977 · 30/03/2010 20:44

Congratulations Cozie! Trying this month to be as relaxed as possible...Mmm, easier said than done. AF could come a week today and up to next weekend but I'm going to refuse to test until after the next weekend - nothing worse than doing a test only to get a BFN and then trying to convince yourself it could be a false negative and your test is faulty!
Sorry to all those who have had to leave the bus and fingers crossed for the rest of us!

lucybrad · 31/03/2010 00:27

ok, im off to the jan bus as AF arrived tonight on day 26, so another short month for me. Still awaiting appointment with fertility specialist. was hopin this was gonna be lucky seven cycle but obviously not .

beginning to wish i had never started trying now, as before i was happy with my two., but cant shake the feelin that i have someone left to meet. Hey ho, spring is better for babies anyway - maternity leave over summer would be ace....

PinkiePoo · 31/03/2010 07:17

Morning all....Had the weirdest dream, that i had loads of CM but it was too late as AF was due....god, i am even dreaming of ovulating, a sign i am clearly going crazy!

Right my first time of doing stats.....sorry if i get it wrong, don't make me sit on my own on the bus
