OK I have just worked out that if my next cycle is the same length as this one was then I will actually be due 1st October if I get pg so rather than sitting at the back of the September bus I thought I might skip straight ahead to the next one lol.

Plenty of chocolate and biscuits ready for the journey

BTW, when I said "all the men I knew ", I didn't mean all at the same time, and not in the biblical sense, you know. I was purity personified, I was, too worried about getting pregnant - hah!!

Wednesday's Stats:

I've been stalking stumbled upon a few people posting on other threads that AF got them, so I've taken them off the list, to make updating a bit quicker.

Gulp. Fourth from the front I am practically driving this bus.

Nothing to report here. Am convinced that my current body status is 'luteal' and with dh working all hours have even given up SFF. Quite sad really. Relationships do require effort but I feel like it's pointless trying to do anything at such a busy time for dh and I'm likely to end up disappointed (and tired from waiting up so late). It will pass and hopefully we can get back on track.

Don't think he'd go for toys and DVDs. Besides, it's too risky with ds, the cleaner and my mum rummaging through all our drawers on a regular basis.

lucybrad · 03/02/2010 16:40

tested today even though i was convinced i didnt ovulate this month. bought twenty cheapys and couldnt resist. BFN though, and now have pre AF cramping.

stuffedmk · 03/02/2010 17:02

That's the problem with cheapy tests...you just can't help yourself lol.

OP posts:
FrenchLimeBlossom · 03/02/2010 17:17

Well I am feeling a bit odd at the mo, had a huge crying jag last night (usually a precursor to AF's arrival) but have odd twinges in my womb which are just not me, was nauseous this am, and do not feel otherwise pre-AFy IYKWIM . Have convinced myself it is not happening this month though, so will just expect AF to turn up tomorrow as usual. I feel so un pregnant.

Hope you all are feeling more lucky! I am looking forward to seeing a few BFPs for the rest of you soon!

pointsmakeprizes · 03/02/2010 19:35

God am on CD 18 already - no sign of Ovulation yet. I'm so bored of it all now, I've just lost the will to ttc.

cailin1974 · 03/02/2010 19:41

Hi All,
Sorry for lack of posting - middle of complicated house buying process ({smile}) which is taking all my internet time!
Well still here too - don't know whether AF is coming or not - had tiny tiny speck of spotting on Monday and crampy Tues evening and nothing since............would have tested today but no tests in the house.........

I was just looking at the stats (good thinking with stalking checking people's status with af) and thinking that there's gotta be some more BFP!!!

I'm not convinced it'll be me but keep holding on to the hope!

asianbabe · 03/02/2010 20:08

Hi All

haven't posted at all this cycle but have been checking daily. Anyhoo CD30 for me don't feel at all optimistic as only really DTD twice around the right time.

If no AF by Friday will POAS. We so need some more BFP's!!!!

LadyBee · 03/02/2010 20:26

Well, I'm sorry but at least now I know for sure I'm out. AF turned up and is definitely here (ouch).
This was my first bus and I found it helped hugely get through the month. Thanks ladies and good luck!

Nymphadora · 03/02/2010 20:46

I say day 21 today as well, did someone move me or am I stuck

Would rather not repeat today, started with a strop at DH , then repeatedly stabbed with needles and now have a swollen hand, shit day at work (cried in supervision), tried to apply for more jobs and website crashed, currently trying to persuade DH I dont have to work if I dont like it . He looks like I look like

BUnderTheBonnet · 03/02/2010 20:53

Sorry nymph though you were day 21 yesterday, and from reading one of your posts you thought day 21 would be today??? What CD are you?

QandA if you give us your stats, someone will add you to the list

QandA · 03/02/2010 21:00

Thanks BUnderTheBonnet

QandA TTC#2 Cycle 1 UCL 27 CD 14

Is there a list of acronyms for conception? Have made my best guess. Feel a bit of a fraud calling it cycle 1, when I haven't really had a cycle of TTC as such.

Sorry to hear of those that have already tested and not got the result they had hoped for.

Fairygodmother1 · 03/02/2010 21:42

It's getting more & more roomy on here - starting to feel the cold & I'm middle of the bus!

Is anyone passing round the boiled sweets cos this feels like a very long cycle with only 3 grads?! We need more BFP! No excitement in over a week!

*qandA8 what would you like to know?

UmBongo · 03/02/2010 22:04

Sorry for the afs folks, I am pleased that this rambling group of loonies helps someone other than me LadyBee As the old BT advert said, "Its good to talk!" Welcome to the asylum bus QandA I hope you have a much better day tomorrow nymph whatever cd it is!

Well, my news is that I have recovered enough from last weeks lurgy to fit in some more swi last night! Hooray - that means I don't have to write off this month too (yet)

Spacefrog · 03/02/2010 22:22

LadyBee good luck on the November bus. I love this bus too, it's great company especially during the 2ww.

Nothing new here, not sure what happened to my ovulation, my BBT chart is all over the place. Either I've been rubbish at taking my temp (preferred option) or there's something very odd going on this month. Anyway, I've decided to test the 9th. Feeling very un-pregnant except hungry all the time but that's probably boredom.

FrenchLimeBlossom · 04/02/2010 07:13

Hello all! I did a test this morning and......

BFP (except it was neither B nor F) - it is a faint vertical with a strong horizontal but NEVER had a BFP before so I am hoping. Part of me is trying not to get too excited (what if it goes away again like last month) and DH was cautiously pleased but am so

and I just could not wait to tell you all, even though currently walking the dogs in the snow!

digitalgirl · 04/02/2010 08:13

Yay FrenchLimeBlossom congratulations!!

FrenchLimeBlossom · 04/02/2010 09:01

Thanks digitalgirl - fingers crossed anyway. DH and I have decided that I will test again at the weekend (with my remaining CBD test) to be on the safe side and then we will get it fixed in our heads - it is still a bit hazy to be honest and I am all too aware that sometimes a BFP does not end up where we want it to..... BUT..... [hysterics][stunned]

Anyway, hopefully there will be plenty more BFPs coming along in the next few days!

fingers crossed for all!

digitalgirl · 04/02/2010 09:06

Very sensible flb - fingers crossed this one sticks and your p turns into a bfp.

You've given this bus a kick up the undercarriage! C'mon ladies let's get some more (and let one of them be mine!)

Loujalou · 04/02/2010 09:18

Congrats FLB and welcome newbies.

Possible symptom alert. I seem to have lost my brain cells. On Tuesday I couldn't remember how to indicate on my car and yesterday when I went out for dinner I could count the people to share it by (there are 4 of us) I am an accountant. The last time I was this doolally and not sleep deprived was when I was pregnant. Surely it must be a sign that or early dementia....

asianbabe · 04/02/2010 09:18

Congrats flb well done you!!!!!!!!

sparechange · 04/02/2010 10:01

Nothing to report from Sparechange towers
Only got EWCM for 3 days this month, but DH gave it his best, so here's to an optimistic 2WW...

Horror of horrors - I went to the pound shop on the way home last night. They've only gone and STOPPED selling pg test!
I've got 2 left at home, but I don't know what I'm going to do without my usual BFN fix for 5 days a month.
I'm not forking out £5 a go for the boots ones, so I might just actually have to develop some sort of patient gene and wait until I'm due. Slightly Alien concept to me...

Either that, or it a sign. The powers that be (or the buyers at Poundland) are convinved I'll have no further need for 3 packs of dip sticks...
