I'm a little confused about my opks. i got a neg on wed, pos on thurs and anothe neg today. is that normal just to have one pos??

Morning Diddle. Yes that's quite normal to just have one +ve OPK (you're supposed to stop testing once you get one!). LH surges very quickly (like a very narrow steep mountain if you picture it on a chart), so it's here and gone in a day normally. Doesn't mean that you will definitely have ov'ed already though, so carry on BDing today!

we did bd last night but i wondered if we had missed the crucial period as it was 3 days before yesterday that we bd. we'll see mid june when AF does or doesn't come. fingers crossed, and plenty more bd to come.

I'm good thanks, though seem to have a busy day ahead! Seeing midwife this morning, then will go to gym as haven't had chance to go since Tues, then gotta pick DH up from airport at 2ish, then come home and start preparing dinner for friends coming round.

And at some point I need to prepare and submit my VAT return too. Was going to try and finish it last night, but then fell asleep on sofa and only woke up when friend called at 11 and we had a good old natter (she's 7 months pg and was really pleased that I was again too).

Diddle - How you feeling today huni? Did you have a good evening? I didn't mine was pants. I went to my mom's for dinner and when i got back at 10.30 DP had a mate round playing on the stupid X.Box. I had already said it was V.Important to BD last night. He didn't come to bed for ages and when he did he was in a cr@ppy mood with me. So we didn't Bd, he just fell asleep . Didn't speak a word this morning, we jst went to work our seperate ways. As soon as he left i burst out crying when i was putting my mascara on then to top it poked myslef in the eye! Ouch! Made myslef late for work.
Also, have really bad ovulation pains ( well am presuming they are) I've just had to take tablets.
Supposed to me sunny today your right but i feel ike i have a black cloud luming over my head!
AND... my PG mate is in today , her last day. All's i've seen is fluffy toys, baby clothes, flower n cards.

oh lottie - so sorry your having a rough day and that you didn't get to BD, I was almost in your situation, DH has a foul cold and it is making him really irritable so everytime he spoke to me he was really off, so i told him about it which made him even more moody. But even though he felt crap we managed to fit it in.
So sorry hes being a bugger, maybe you should tell him how important this s to you, and resolve the problem then start making up tonight
I can't imagine how youa re coping at work with your pg workmate being pampered so much, but just remember one day that will be you, and you said she seems to be quite sympathetic to your feelings. It must be so hard for you.

i think getting cramps when ov is quite common after a m/c not sure why i think that, but i'm sure i've read it somewhere, but i knwo its justa dding to your crappy day. Make sure you go and have lunch outside in the sun and get some fresh air away from the office.
Tell yourself that if you are meant to be pg this time, and your body id reayd to be then it will happen, and if it doesn't then it means your body isn't quite reayd yet and that it will have been the best for it to wait.
Its so easy to become obsessed with all this baby making and we need to remind ourselves that it will happen when the time is right.
Easy to say though, hard to believe.

I did tell him last night how important it is, not just to me but for the both of us if we want a baby. I am so hacked off, i dont do bad moods so the more i think about the worse i am getting. I will be o.k when the tablets kick in and releave (sp?) my the pain.
Yeah workmate is being V sympathetic but no-one else seems to be! I will just have to keep calm.
