Hi all,

AF arrived on Sunday so now if we are successful this cycle and it's as long as this last one baby would be due early December 2009. Anyone else?

sorry to butt in - just popping over from the Nov 09 thread. Having a suspected v early miscarriage which started yesterday with severe pain and cramps after i was 4 days late.

anyway it's muddled up my cycle a bit, not sure how long it's supposed to be any more, so i've guessed my UCL.

Totalmisfit TTC#2. cycle 3, UCL 31-35, CD2

i would add myself to the list right now but the way i'm feeling today i'd probably mess the whole thing up if i tried to update everyones CDs.

Blocka · 21/03/2009 08:51

Hi totalmisfit - sorry to hear that. Same happened to me in January so I know how you feel. You just got to get back on that horse and try again - if you know what I mean!!
Big smiley for you x

fatandiknowit · 21/03/2009 10:16

Updated for Satruday below..

Still no AF - caved in and did a test BFN, but AF 2 days late - am always early not late.

Am going to leave another 3 days and then test again if no AF - possibly with a brand name test rather than a cheaper one>? Does this make any difference??

Forgot to say hope you all have a great weekend - ignore my typing is awful this morning!

Hobnobfanatic · 21/03/2009 10:36

AF arrived today : (
I'm panicking too thesoo - I'm 37, and my DP hasn't any children.
Another two tries and it'll be off to the docs for us.
Will hang around and see how you all get on, and then hop on the Jan bus...

rainbowdays · 21/03/2009 12:52

Hobnobfanatic - Sorry af got you, but just to let you know: you should be staying on the December bus for another month, your af today means that your due date would be Boxing day/st Stephens day. Unless you are avoiding a christmas baby?

Lishylooloo · 21/03/2009 14:08

Here it is!, yay! I couldn't find ttc December 09 and was on another thread. I'm on day 34 but have a long cycle ranging between 30 and 40 days...still I'm tempted to do a pg test today... probably shouldn't, ov test said I had the LH surge last week on Thursday so I ov'd on Friday or Saturday so I suppose it wouldn't show up yet if I was pg...?

Lishylooloo · 21/03/2009 14:11

What is CD and UCL? They're not on the acronym list...

shirleyc · 21/03/2009 15:07

cycle day and usual cycle length, dont worry i was confused to

QueenofVenus · 21/03/2009 16:19

Hello, can i join this thread now? was on the november one but af got me yesterday (sob) im on cycle 4 now (sigh), ttc#4 ucl 28 cd 2

Blocka · 21/03/2009 17:06

I've felt nauseous all day. Could it be? Or was it the shopping that did it?
I have a good feeling for you, fatandiknow it! x

HarryJoesMummy · 21/03/2009 23:40

Hi AF got me this month, so off to find a Jan 2010 thread (wow that sounds a long time away!). I'll keep popping back to see how you all get on.

Hobnobfanatic · 21/03/2009 23:51

OOh, thanks rainbow - so I might still get my 2009 baby after all! Fingers crossed!

gingerwine · 22/03/2009 00:00

Hi girls. Been avoiding thinking about things for a while but AF due on Tues (ish) so back to obsessing about all symptoms!

Hi thesoo and hobnob, I feel just the same. Am 37 and my DP doesn't have any DCs either. I guess we should think about going to GP soon if no luck.

I have a strong feeling that AF will be with me sooner than Tues but am trying to stay positive.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you fatandiknowit. I think some of the branded tests are meant to be more sensitive but I'm not 100% sure.

Lishylooloo · 22/03/2009 00:56

It's now technically Sunday so I'm CD 35 and UCL anywhere between 30 and 40 but I've only have one AF since June 07 as was pg and then bf so maybe my cycle has changed. I stopped bf in January. Are you usually more fertile after bf or id that just rubbish? Also what do implantation cramps feel like. I feel a little tender/dull pain very low down around the pubic line. That could be AF coming I suppose, I've sort of forgotten what the days before AF are like...

georgimama · 22/03/2009 07:05

Happy Mother's Day to all mummies and soon to be mummies!

I'm definitely not wasting any money on a test until next weekend at the earliest because I reall don't think we've caught the right time of the month this month - were both really knackered at the beginning of last week and not in the mood.

Anyway, there should be some BFPs soon judging by the numbers, but don't test too early!!

fatandiknowit · 22/03/2009 09:03

Still no AF here.

Waiting until the supermarket opens then off to buy clearblue or similar...

Will keep you posted.

Hope you are all doing OK.

Happy mother's day to those with little people already!

Blocka · 22/03/2009 09:31

Oh, I have everything crossed for you fatandiknowit. Keep us posted!!

Happy Mothers Day all!!

damnitdamnit · 22/03/2009 13:00

good luck fatandiknowit

Lishylooloo · 22/03/2009 13:51

I succumbed and did a pg test and it was negative but still no AF. I suppose it could still be too early as I ovulated about 8 or 9 days ago. I used the boots brand don't know how sensitive they are.... Am still feeling achy down low like I do when I have my period. As far as I remember I don't usually have this before AF.... Could it be implantation pain? I'm probably just wishful thinking

fatandiknowit · 22/03/2009 14:04

Hi Lishyloo same here...

Clearblue says not pregnant, but still no AF or any signs of her arrival..

I'm getting quite stressed out about it all which won't be encouraging her to arrive either

Lishylooloo · 22/03/2009 14:49

Oh, don't stress faiki! Try to take your mind off it. These chat boards are great for venting etc. but at the same time maybe make us think about it more! or maybe we might think about it as much anyway but may as well vent. Look on the bright side, you have a fairly short cycle so at least if you are not pg this time it won't be long before you get to try again. If I get AF soon, I don't get to try for about another 6 weeks Anyway it is still possible, you are only one day past your UCL so fingers crossed. With my #1 I tested early, got a negative and then tested again a week later and got a positive so you never know!

fatandiknowit · 22/03/2009 15:07

Thanks Lishy...

Just been out to do a spot of gardening and I do feel better...

It's just I am usually 24 days, with a 26 every 3 months or so just randomly. Maybe this is just more of that?

Anyway I'm not going to obsess (to much)

Lishylooloo · 22/03/2009 15:22

But you are day 27 now right? Have you gone this far before?

Blocka · 22/03/2009 15:25

Last time I was pregnant, I tested negative for days after my due date - even with the expensive ones! Give it time - no news is good news as they say....
