Playingthewaitinggame · 12/06/2008 14:21

LL

lardylumps · 12/06/2008 14:21

Sorry I cant stop looking at a wee stained stick.... (with a faint pink line) I will shut up about it in a minute i promise....

Playingthewaitinggame · 12/06/2008 14:22

I'm not worried about the shorter ones, up to 35 days is ok, but I am aware there could be quality issues with 35+ day cycles. Not of course that that means they won't work.

Playingthewaitinggame · 12/06/2008 14:23

LL, what colour is the line, I've forgotten?

lardylumps · 12/06/2008 14:23

Glaskam where are you????????????????

Playingthewaitinggame · 12/06/2008 14:24

Or of course my gp could be talking a lot of rubbish

lardylumps · 12/06/2008 14:25

Oh playing havent you heard it is pink.... so sorry everyone I will exit this thread for an hour to give you all a break...

Ses15 · 12/06/2008 14:25

LL - no need to shut up! Enjoy!! We're all really please for you, Rach and Meeely

Playingthewaitinggame · 12/06/2008 14:25

Pink, wow I hadn't hear that

sorkycake · 12/06/2008 14:29

Hmm I know that stress can reek havoc with my cycle causing me to O later. A very long cycle, over 40 days say, may well be an annovulatory one, especially if your periods aren't heavy either.

Do you think it's worth charting for a month or two to see if you have a thermal shift (and other signs) to see if you are actually O'ing?

sorkycake · 12/06/2008 14:30

Don't you dare go off or shut up!

What was the colour of the TWO lines again?

sorkycake · 12/06/2008 14:31

LL was this your first month trying, I'm losing track of who we've pushed off the Wagon

lardylumps · 12/06/2008 14:32

Oh I have forgotten let me check.........................PINK............. only two hours and I am doing FR.... What if that is -ve? I hadn't thought of that....

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 12/06/2008 14:35

Cor blimey, have one very grumpy chap here....

LL, it won't be, the only reason you have those 2 (what colour were they again?) lines is because it has picked up a high amount of hCG, now if there isn't enough hCG to show a BFP on an FR, then you just have to try again in a couple of hours days, but if the line is quite strong, I reckon it will show up

sorkycake · 12/06/2008 14:36

FR does not lie!

It will be positive because you are up the duff

Does Dh know yet?

sorkycake · 12/06/2008 14:37

Nat is your LO not well...I should really go and catch up.

lardylumps · 12/06/2008 14:42

Oh Nat what is up with ds?

Playingthewaitinggame · 12/06/2008 14:45

I am pretty sure I am oving Sorky and none have been longer than 40 days. I get EWCM and my period always starts 14 days after (and including) the last day I see EWCM. I know stress and poor health delays my ovulation. When I was really ill a few years ago I didn;t have a period for 10 months.

On my 2 long cycles this year I have tried to ov earlier on in the cycle, e.g I have see EWCM say on CD18, assumed I was oving but then seen it again on CD24 and 25 and my period turns up on CD39 (making it CD1 of course) confirming that I didn't ov on CD18 but did on CD25. Anyhow, my cycles are better and more regular than ever at the moment so I am fairly happy and have been charting EWCM all year and it is always 100% accurate, without fail the last day I see EWCM in my cycle I will get my period 14 days later, so I have a constant LP.

lardylumps · 12/06/2008 14:48

Glaskam have you tested yet?

lardylumps · 12/06/2008 14:50

Sorky this was my 4th month of trying... I have been off the wagon since feb and getting more upset as the months went on.....

The cheapy is 10mlU and FR is 25mlU so I could still get a -ve on FR....

sorkycake · 12/06/2008 14:53

That's very good news then PLAYING. No reason why you won't be pg first time either.

Girls you've held your wee for long enough now go poas!

glaskham · 12/06/2008 14:53

yes i have... had to go at 2.15.... was bursting.... so it was earlier than 4hrs... itdid look like there was a faint line again but it faded after 5mins again, just looked now, over 30mins later and no lines at all... both the faint lines i've seen have dissapeared , so i dont think I am pg this month.... however none of the tests have been FMU so will have another test first thing tomorrow and if another BFN i will just wait for AF!!!
