LL, whenever you tell him it will be special, it is bloody big news to keep in for minutes let alone days. I am sure if you told him now he wouldn't say, "well you could have kept it quiet till Sunday"!!

Glaskham, I think they are best for taking up those times when you want to test too early, and up until the day before your period is due, I wouldn't waste money on proper tests till then!

LL, if it is nice and strong you can get as excited as you like. As much as there is a chance it could be a CP, it isn't that likely, if it happens, it happens. Try not to worry.

i was only expressing my feeligns on the little things.... the cheapie OPK's i had worked but not as easy to use as the ovulation line was always so faint!! So I am kinda on the same wavelength with the same cheapie tests.... and with getting 2 lines but then it dissapearing an hour later i'm on tenterhooks to test again!!

OMG I have just looked in MY draw... I have a whole pack of clearblue digital OPK that hasn't been opened yet, two FR tests and 3 cheap ones...... I am stick mad.... If this was a CP when would I know?

hi all, sounds like congrats for you LL! I am still dead bloated and have a proper sore ache in my womb region. Hurts when i sneeze and when i get up from sitting. Still no AF, but not testing til 20th June (if no AF by then) - this may be silly, but it was exactly 4 years ago on the 18th June that I found out I was pregs last time and that was 10 days after AF was due and after a boozy week in ibiza with the girls! So 10 days late this time is 20th June, so gonna hang on til then.

oooh... cal i want a snooze now!!!! DC's are tiring me out today, think its because i had a restless night.... think i ate too much meat etc at the bbq yesterday as it was like bad heartburn.... only went at around 9am!!

call it superstition, my way of clinging onto hope - at least DH has stopped nagging me to test all the time, cos he believes the last one which was neg, was true....he's gearing up for more BD.

I am symptom spotting now though - knackered, as in struggling to keep eyes open almost as soon as I got up, this constant tummy ache and feeling dizzy when i stand up (i had low BP last preg).....i think i might just be hungry!

i cant stop weeing today.... doubt i'd be able to hold it for another 4hrs again!!!! yesterdays 4hr hold had me nearly wetting my knicks when DS decided he needed the loo, 5min before my 4hrs was up!!!

just don't trust me ebay cheapies, so would ignore it if it was neg anyway! This way I can pretend i am pregs for just a bit longer!

Nat, am i correct in thinking you didn't get a BFP until 10 days after AF was due? but were testing often up til then? Did you believe each negative that you got and did you feel like you were going to come on anyday, or did you KNOW you were pregs?
