Hi everyone, setting up a new months thread for those of us who already know we’re out for August. I’m going on to cycle 3. Hope this can continue to be a place where we can chat and support one another.

Hi everyone! We’re starting to ttc baby #2 so this is our first cycle trying. I’m excited and nervous - I lost twins in my first pregnancy, had a successful pregnancy with my 3 year old DC and now ttc for baby #2!

AF has nearly finished, bit nervous to go on this journey again but here we are!

I used to be able to buy FRER from Superdrug or boots when ttc baby 1 but I’ve noticed they don’t sell them anymore in shops! I wonder why that is, they were my favourite pregnancy tests to be honest.

Omgomg i might be! 11-12. Day PO and i had just a bit pink discharge 2 days agon that ive never had before. Like pastel pink lol. Today it shows very faint positive in the morning but 5 pm i made again two test and both are faint positives still...! Its very faint so im just very hopeful. On pic doesnt really show much. Tomorrow will do again! omgomg i hope its truuuue!

@CityKitydefo a chemical I think, I used 4-5 different brands and had lines on them for 3 days and then did the same 4 brands this morning and absolutely nothing on any of them.

Official Test Date here (14DPIUI, 13-14DPO) and I can't quite believe it - if you'd asked me a couple of days ago I've have bet a large amount of money on it not having worked. Still a long road ahead of us but for today, I am pregnant!

Thank you all, got home yesterday and did a clear blue digital. 1-2 weeks! And my easy@home are progressing nicely so fingers crossed for a sticky baby this time!

Ok im right now at blood test. Ohoh. Lol i joined forum bcs ofbstarting tonfeel very uncertain. Hopenitsbtrue hopenits true! Thevtests showed todayvstrongernline even 25 iu gave a secondbline etc! Will post pic soon! Omg omg ifnur therebstayvthereblol!

CD1 today, period finally came. Definitely was a chemical bested this period is something else 🤯😨

I had yesterday to cry, storm, wallow and veg out and today is a new day and we start again!

Thanks everyone - still finding it hard to believe! First scan is booked with my clinic for three weeks today. I've decided not to do beta bloods for now, I know I'd become obsessive about it and ultimately it won't change anything.

@Alex2022 I wish I could say I did anything special but really I just tried to take it easy (skipped running and did yoga and walking instead) and enjoy myself as best as I could. I did stop drinking and cut back on coffee but I've done that lots before and it never made any difference.

@blackberryhill congrats! 🎉 You must be over the moon it worked first try! Fingers crossed it all progresses nicely!

5DPO and I’ve started to feel those achey cramps I normally get that tell me my period is coming. Third try since my loss and feeling gutted to be honest 😞

Well I woke up this morning and had a bit of feeling (I know not to read into feelings) so I sent my partner to the chemist first thing whilst I crossed my legs. ChatGPT thinks I’m pregnant (I’m 9/10 DPO). Kind of wish I hadn’t tested now though as it would have been lovely to see a nice strong positive!

Vf bfp Monday Tuesday, and Wednesday, barely any progression, AF was due Tuesday, no test yesterday.
Spotting started an hour ago.
Bfp about 15 mins ago and darker than the previous but not as dark as I'd like with the spotting in order to not worry as much.
This is getting to be nearly every mo th a faint bfp, AF late by a few days then bleed and it's gone.

Feel like I don't even wanna go sit around the early pregnancy assessment unit again for them to do their tests, and say its gone again.
Feel like just staying home and watching the bleeding and do some regular tests. But then I also think if the bfp is real and maybe I do need progestrone like I thought then I need it ASAP to keep this one.
I don't even know what to do with it all anymore.

I’m CD27 and was due AF yesterday/today but still nothing. Feeling a bit nauseous today and desperate to test today but off work with a toddler who’s dropped his nap so I don’t have a second free today.

I was so surprised when it popped up. Then my partner said he couldn’t see it so I had to turn to AI. Be amusing if we were pregnant at the same time again @CityKity! And what is it with these 2 year olds and naps? I thought they napped until atleast 2.5 but some days he doesn’t already (and sadly it doesn’t result in an earlier bedtime)

I love that you just enjoyed yourself, did you feel any early symptoms or just feel as normal until testing day? Read futher down you weren’t loving the cyclogest, nor am I 🤢 Although I only take it once a day currently, some are on it twice a day but if it works it works!! Will you take it now up until 10weeks, that’s what I’ve been advised if successful. And do as you wish on beta bloods, your chilled approach is working!

@Alex2022 I felt very normal from 8DPO onwards, around the time the trigger left my system. I was convinced it hadn’t worked because I felt so normal - looking back, the only possible symptom is being very gassy but tbh we’ve been away on holiday so that may or may not be down to eating too much pizza and ice cream!

And yes - I’ll be on cyclogest twice a day until some point towards the end of the first trimester (clinic haven’t said specifically when to come off, need to check with them!)

I read that other people on here were doing it and I don’t know what else to use it for, it seemed like a good introduction to it Plus it told me congratulations which I appreciated because my partner thinks both me and ChatGPT (and now you too I suppose) are all seeing things so I needed someone to be excited for me.
I am obviously taking everything very cautiously, I think at my age and this early on the miscarriage chance would be quite high. But as someone said the other day, today I’m apparently pregnant and I’m excited!
